This privacy policy applies to all personal data provided to BLAZE by the interested party, as well as to any individual interested in the activities and services offered by BLAZE through its web pages and through any other means of communication. How long do we keep your personal data?
BLAZE will keep the data of those affected for the duration of their relationship with the organization and after it, the data will be retained in accordance with the provisions of the rules of archiving and documentation that each applicable law provides. In case you request a right, we will proceed to the deletion of your data according to the right you have requested.
Who has access to your personal data?
BLAZE may transfer or communicate personal data in order to fulfill its obligations to the Public Administrations in the cases required in accordance with the legislation in force at any given time.
What are the rights of those affected?

Said rights may be exercised free of charge by the interested party, and if applicable, whoever represents him/her, by means of a written request addressed to info@blaze-company.com.
In addition to the above rights, the data subject shall have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time without such withdrawal of consent affecting the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal of consent. BLAZE may continue to process the data subject’s data to the extent permitted by applicable law.
BLAZE reminds the data subject that he/she has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Control Authority in the country where he/she is located.
Unsubscription from the service of sending commercial communications
The interested party has the right to revoke at any time the consent given for the sending of commercial communications with the simple notification to BLAZE by which he/she informs that he/she no longer wishes to receive commercial communications. To do so, the interested party may click on the link included in each communication canceling the sending of electronic commercial communications or revoke their consent by notifying info@blaze-company.com.

BLAZE undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy of personal data and its duty to protect them, and will take the necessary measures to prevent alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, in accordance with the provisions of applicable regulations.
